Privacy policy

What we store

• Your request text and reflections, stored encrypted and readable only by you.
• The letter selected for you and the transparency record of that selection.
• Account basics if you sign in: an identifier and your settings.

What we never do

• We do not sell or share your text with advertisers or third parties.
• We do not use your words to influence which letter you receive.
• Staff cannot browse your private text; access is restricted and audited.

Guests

You may use the platform without an account. Guest activity is tied to a random device-local token that contains no personal information, and it can be cleared at any time from your browser.

Retention

Guest records are removed automatically after a short retention window. Signed-in records are kept until you delete them or close your account.

Your rights

From the Privacy Centre in your dashboard you can export all of your data or permanently delete your account and its contents.
